Cancellation & no-show policy

We understand that life can get busy, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can open up your time slot for others.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full amount quoted when your appointment was confirmed. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% fee of the quoted price will apply.
